Country singer and VH1 "Celebrity Rehab" star Mindy McCready’s was set to release her first album in 14 years and it appears Vivid Video was shooting for the same date to launch her sex tape! The video will be named "Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress" and will be available at Vivid Celeb, a part of Vivid.com. You’ll also be able to purchase a DVD of McCready’s sex tape at both Vivid and also at Hollywood Sex Tapes once it’s officially released.

As far as info about it, I’m not allowed to say much at this time but some of the sex takes place in a hotel room and there are various other scenes out in public with her talking about her past sexual exploits like Roger Clemens, and her ex-husband Dean Cain. Of course, you can expect some great nude photos of Mindy as well and it wouldn’t surprise me if other nude pics of McCready popped up down the road.

You may remember in August 2009 McCready was defending herself against accusations that she was involved in the leak of a nude video of Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche.

Although a lawsuit hasn’t been filed over the alleged video footage yet Mindy has tried to block its release. McCready’s attorney and family friend, Adam Dread, was quoted by CBS News stating “there will be an injunction provided.” It doesn’t look like that’s going to happen based on the news I’ve received from Vivid, who also gave me this official trailer for Mindy McCready’s Sex Tape. Dread also told CBS McCready’s efforts to relaunch her music career have remained unscathed. Many people wonder if the sex tape’s close release with her new album might be part of a huge publicity plan.

While anticipation is running high for Mindy’s sex tape to finally be released on the net many people think they’ve already seen it at other adult celeb sites; well, you haven’t I can assure you. Some sites have gotten hold of the trailer or other short clips but no one but Vivid Video will have the full length sex tape. And, even Vivid has been held up numerous times due to legal struggles with McCready. They are poised to release it any day though and have a full website devoted to this hot sex tape.
